Downloads Explained This download is a video program file that you purchase and transfer to your computer over the internet. The “Charles Reid, Painter; the Figure in Watercolor” file that you will be downloading is the same material that is on the DVD, the complete 57 minute instructional video. How to Download the Video Program Upon purchasing the download version you will: 1) Automatically be directed to a download page that has a link to download the video. 2) Receive a purchase confirmation email; this will also contain the link which will direct you to the download page should you wish to download later (within 48 hours). Please save your email for future reference. Upon clicking the "download" link: 1) PC users will see the File Download window open, choose save and place on your desktop (or another preferred location if desired). The PC file name is (CharlesReid-FIW-W.wmv). After download is complete, Locate file on your desktop and open to view. 2) For Mac users please follow the same procedure, this will go to your downloads folder (or the location you have designated for your downloads. The MAC file name is (CharlesReid-FIW-M.mp4). The Process The download process can take between twenty minutes to an hour and a half, depending on the type of high speed connection you have. We do not recommend using a dial-up connection to download. The size of the file is approximately 880 MB for the PC and the MAC versions. Please be sure you have enough hard disk space before downloading. Additional Details In the event that you experience an issue with viewing or hearing the video, you may want to update your video player to its latest release. If you have downloaded the Windows format, then download the latest Windows Media Player on the Windows Media Player Update site (Windows Media Player Update).
